Kansas
City Express Training
Kansas City Express Fall Training Team has begun. The
group is training for either a half- or full-marathon training.
Training is geared for the KC RIB RUN, but modifications
to training for other races can be made. This training is
geared for both runners and walkers, will last 10 weeks and
can prepare a beginner for her first half or full marathon.
We charge a reasonable fee for training. A training schedule,
including mid-week hill work and interval training, is provided
along with a training handbook. Course support includes appropriate
water stops and tons of peer encouragement. For more information,

As
part of the training, the group meets for a long run at 7:00
a.m. on Saturday mornings. The schedule is as follows:
